Chester Street London

This client always has precious properties in Chelsea, Knightsbridge, and Belgravia. Chester St was no exception. The Client wanted comfort cooling in the dining Room and lounge in the form of only seeing grilles in the ceiling. Cool Running came up with the design of ducted systems in these areas, with each grille installed symmetrically into the room in pattern with their Hi-Tech lighting system. Cool Runnings also put high wall mounted systems in the bedrooms.

Grey Ford Station

The client asked for a reliable A/C system that would be long lasting and give them comfort Cooling / Heating all year round. After looking on a site survey, Cool Runnings came up with Mitsubishi Electric, because of the efficiency of their inverter range.

In each of the rooms Cool Runnings installed 3 x wall mounted MS2 systems and 1 x MXZ outdoor unit.

Because of the London Undergrounds high specification list it was an absolute must to provide an A1 install that included, Cable Tray ,Trunking for cables work and copper tube for the condensate lines.

This client had designed his house with modern and funky fixtures and fittings, The client wanted comfort cooling, but did not want any eye sores. So from these pictures you can see a picture frame on the wall, but believe or not. The picture frame is an A/C system with a mirror finish wall mounted unit, which blends into the room with his trendy fixtures and fittings.
